The WarmEze flexible patches is a highly effective, convenient and safe means of relieving tight or tense muscles for at least 12 hours.

• Each patch includes a soft and flexible adhesive backing that your stick to your underclothing.

• These patches are very flexible allowing the patch to bends and flexes as you move, without restricting movement or causing discomfort.

• These patches are specifically designed to gradually warm and reach maximum heat in approximately 30 minutes.

• Each patch is air-activated and we recommend you do not open the sealed patch pouch until ready for use.

• Once activated (opened) the patch will deliver a sustained temperature of above 40 degrees for approximately 12-15 hours.
