Your First Visit
We always provide our patients with the highest quality health care. We ask that you attend the clinic 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the necessary paperwork.
What to Bring Along
There may be a few things that you will need to bring along to your first appointment. Below is a list of things we would like to see from you:
- Referral letter and / or medical reports
- Private health fund card
- Previous orthotics/insoles and footwear
- X-rays, ultrasounds, CT and MRI scans
- Appropriate clothing for assessment or exercise and movement
- A food diary if seeing the dietitian or diabetes educator- see below
- New Patient form
Payment Options
We request that your fee is paid at the time of the consultation unless you have a medicare paid consultation, Veterans’ Affairs Entitlements, a WorkCover referral or other third party funding. We accept cash or credit cards and have EFTPOS and private health fund facilities.
Medicare Payment
All patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, vision impairment, heart disease etc are eligible for full payment for standard dietitian, exercise physiology and diabetes education visits through the Medicare system.
We accept the Medicare reimbursement (about 80% of our normal fee) as full payment for your initial consultation with our exercise physiologist, dietitian and diabetes educator.
Our physiotherapy and podiatry appointments are not bulk billed appointments and you will have a small out of pocket with your valid Medicare care plan in place.
You must have an existing Team Care Arrangement with your GP to claim this item and you will need to bring along your Medicare card.
Veterans’ Affairs
DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a valid GP referral.
WorkCover
At All in one health, we are happy to accept WorkCover benefits as full payment. Please bring along your referral, case number and case worker’s name in order to process your account.
Private Health
We are approved providers to all private health funds.
If you have “extras” on your private health you may be eligible for a rebate on your consultation, however it is always best to check your policy inclusions. Most health funds cover 60% to 80% of your investment in this treatment and some cover the entire amount.
