Netball and the wonderful effects on our body!

Sep 17, 2020 | Exercise, Health

Netball is known to have a very big effect on all parts of your body! Whether it be the niggling injuries, tight calves and blisters, Netball and our bodies aren’t always the best of friends.

At All In One Health we have a strong connection with our local Netballer’s. Many early mornings and late nights last year and again later this year will be spent helping out our local Caboolture Netball Association representative junior and senior netball teams.

What can we do for Netballer’s?

Podiatrists, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists can all play a role in ensuring that you are able to remain in your best touch as we head back into the Netball season.

How so?

Podiatrist: Our podiatrists have a long history of managing Netball and sports-related injuries. Whether it be ankle sprains, niggling foot pain, ongoing skin irritation and blisters, our podiatrists will be able to provide all the treatment needed to either keep you on the court, or get you back as soon as possible.

Physiotherapist: Our physiotherapist has a very strong history of managing a large range of sporting-related shoulder, arm, wrist, lower back, knee injuries… the list could literally go on forever. In combination with our podiatrist and exercise physiologist, our physio can play a big role in getting you back to your best.

Exercise Physiologist: Our Exercise Physiologist has a very firm interest on getting athletes to their best performance! Our Exercise Physiologist will work closely with our physiotherapist and podiatrist to make sure you are able to perform at your best throughout the busy season.

Don’t know who to see?

At all in one health we value providing the best service, and with that we know that two minds are often better than one! Our health professionals commonly work together, with joint consults a mainstay in a lot of our patient’s management.

We’d love to be able to keep you on the court, or get you back to playing as soon as possible! If you have any questions about whether we would be able to help, please don’t hesitate to call us on 5499 0345!
